She is certainly a born celebrity having the names of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham as her parents; but now it is recognized by the world as just two-month-old Harper Seven Beckham has emerged as the most powerful celebrity under 25 in a brand new poll.

Harper Seven Beckham has already beaten stars such as Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga to tip a list of prohibited celebrities underneath 25.

Harper Seven Beckham also beat celebrity children Zuma and Kingston Rossdale – listed at second and third place respectively and Suri Cruise,5, who was given a fourth place listing. Young artist Keiron Williamson rounded off the top five.

Elsewhere, teen stars Lourdes Leon, 15, Justin Bieber, 17, Saoirse Ronan, 17, and 18-year old Miley Cyrus muscled their way into the upper half of the poll at numbers 15, 18, 19 and 20, while GaGa – perhaps the most influential pop star of the moment – could only manage a lowly 99th place, one above ‘Mama Mia!’ star Amanda Seyfried.

Irina Shayk, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl, becomes the latest celebrity to go naked for Marc Jacobs' exclusive campaign “PROTECT THE SKIN YOU’RE IN”.
